SHIPPING POLICY

At AverioClub, we're committed to providing our U.S. customers with transparent and reliable international shipping. Please read below for everything you need to know about how we deliver your orders.

1. General Shipping Information

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States plus Washington D.C.

We do not ship to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau)
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses (military bases)
  • PO Box addresses
  • International destinations outside the United States

All orders must have a valid street address within the 48 contiguous U.S. states or Washington D.C.

2. Shipping Origin

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers in China to your address in the United States.

This allows us to offer competitive pricing while maintaining product quality. All applicable customs duties and import fees are included in your purchase price - you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

During peak seasons, promotional events, or high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We'll keep you informed of any delays via email.

4. Shipping Rates

Free Shipping – We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C., with no minimum purchase required.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Here's what to expect once your order is processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in China:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • International Transit Time: 7–9 business days (Monday to Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8–11 business days
  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Please note: International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, carrier activity, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

6. Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped via standard international carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other reliable carriers depending on availability and destination).

7. Customs and Import Duties

All applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees are included in your purchase price. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Please note: Customs processing may add 1–3 business days to delivery time.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after the shipping notification is sent. International tracking may show limited updates while the package is in transit between countries.

9. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to:

  • PO Box addresses
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
  • Alaska and Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • Restricted or high-risk delivery areas as determined by our carriers

Certain items may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to U.S. customs regulations, carrier restrictions, or product safety requirements.

10. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@averioclub.com or call +1 (888) 298-6351. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

AverioClub is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

11. Failed Delivery or Returned Packages

In the event of failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address information, refusal of delivery, or customs issues, packages may be returned to our fulfillment center in China.

If this occurs:

  • We will contact you via email to arrange a solution
  • Re-shipping the order may incur additional shipping costs
  • Unclaimed packages may be subject to our return and refund policy

12. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven't received it:

  1. Check your mailbox, front door, parcel area, building reception, or with neighbors
  2. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before final drop-off)
  3. If you still cannot locate the package after 24 hours, contact us at info@averioclub.com or call +1 (888) 298-6351 with your order number

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@averioclub.com or +1 (888) 298-6351 and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging (if available)
  • Brief description of the issue

We will work with the carrier to investigate and provide a solution according to our return and refund policy.

13. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us immediately at info@averioclub.com or +1 (888) 298-6351.

We can only process changes or cancellations before the order has been shipped from our fulfillment center in China. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

14. Delayed Orders

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery time of 8–11 business days. However, international shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing delays
  • Carrier capacity issues
  • Weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Public holidays in the U.S. or China
  • High shipping volume during peak seasons

15. Shipping Policy Updates

We may update our shipping policy from time to time to reflect changes in our fulfillment operations, carrier services, legal requirements, or to improve our service. The latest version will always be available on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
