1. Where do you ship?
We currently ship orders within the United States.
At this time, we do not ship to countries outside the United States.
2. How much does shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum order value required.
3. How long does delivery take?
Our estimated total delivery time is 8–11 business days.
This includes:
Order processing time: 1–2 business days
Transit time: 7–9 business days
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4. What is your order cut-off time?
Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Orders placed after the cut-off time may begin processing on the next business day.
5. Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if tracking is available for your order.
Please allow some time for tracking details to update after shipment.
6. Can I change or cancel my order?

We can only make changes or cancellations before the order has been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may request a return after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
7. What is your return window?
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery.
Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in their original packaging where applicable.

Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days after delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size, color, or item is not available, we may assist with a return and refund according to our policy.

Your complete card number is not accessible to us.
When your purchase is completed, we are only able to see:
